I have a basic file saved on CCR that has all the squares spaced out. There are five rows (weeks) and 7 columns (days). I simply cut out the squares and use the negative. The negative is then stuck onto a blank 12x12 piece of cardstock and voila! The start of a calendar!
At the top I added some Cricut Cuts, one from Teddy Bear Parade and the other from Create a Critter 2! I cut out the month using CCR and A Child's Year Font. I placed everything inside the frame and closed it up. The best part of using an old picture frame is that the glass works like a dry erase board. Simply take a dry erase marker and write the dates on. Every month you can create something different and fun. I plan on positing mine every month to share with you all. Then once you get a full year completed, you can simply insert the calendar in every month if you don't have time to make a new one!
Hope everyone has a wonderful February!
